Problems with BUNZIP2 and CYGWIN for install XFREE86

I downloaded CYGWIN and XFREE86 but I had some problems when I want to
launch the instruction BUNZIP2 extract for the XFREE86 archive (E.G
bunzip2 extract.exe.bz2) . This instruction does'nt work (command not
found)

I thing that instruction does'nt  exist into the basic distrib CYGWIN.
Also, I dont have this software.

Cant you help me to find BUNZIP2 for CYGWIN into the net for downloading
?

What is the download site for BUNZIP2 ?
