Yes. Getting the autorization via xauth/Xauthority. But this is quite tricky
for our need. 

Maybe a solution with windows-clipboardserver and unix-clipboardclient 
(running as native X11 application on solaris/linux/cygwin) would be the best
but requires some time and developers.
