proposing a different aproach for XwinClip (but need some help)

This is an interesting idea.  For those who don't remember, Joan's approach
was to use a tray icon and allow the user to determine when to copy back and
forth between Windows and X Windows.

I've just now gotten a chance to look at your source code.  I'll see if I
can incorporate your ideas into xwinclip.
