Installation Q's

Hello,

I have installed Cygwin with default selection of
packages (as suggested in user manual) and i am mising
/usr/bin  dirrectory and there are NO telnet has been
installed for the Cygwin.
Do you know if 

"inetutils"   Common networking utilities and servers

is included in a subset of programms for default
installation?
