Switching to Azerty keyboard

You want to run xmodmap.  In my startxwin.bat I do

start /B XWin -loads of options here
start /B xmodmap.exe /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/keyboard.uk
start /B icewm.exe

Type "man xmodmap" for more details.
