This not what I wanted to mean.

I think that the archive who has been installed is the
archive that exists at http://archive.progeny.com/
that has been installed as it is already in the site
list.

When I try to add
http://archive.progeny.com/cygwin/xfree/testing/
to the mirrors list, I get no visual effect. (ie no
line is added into the mirror list).
