Xfig and xfree

Hi,

I use XFree/Cygwin without problem.

I install xfig (with wfig-3.2.3d-cygwin-1.1-bin.tar.gz) now. When I
execute xfig,
the message error is cygjpeg6b.dll is missing. 

Must I install something else ?
