Xterms supporting transparency

Hi,

I've been trying to find a terminal emulator which supports transparency (ala eterm), but I'm drawing a blank, eterm depends on imlib2 which I can't compile, wterm has problems with the WINGs stuff, I think this is a dependancy against window maker but don't what to do about it. I've tried compiling RXVT but again no luck (though I'm not sure if this supports transparency).

any help appreciated
