[ANNOUNCEMENT] New Cygwin setup.exe package 'fvwm' available

The package should appear on mirrors within 24 hours.

To get any functionality you'll want to change the 'run twm', 'start twm',
or 'start /B twm' in startxwin.bat to the following (adjust the 'run' part
to 'start' or 'start /B', according to whatever your existing line says:

run fvwm2 -f /usr/share/fvwm/system.fvwm2rc-sample-95
