[patch]Rootless mode resouce leak

Hello,

Here is a patch which make it sure that rootless mode delete region.
And I cleaned up the code for handling region.

I tested it, and "DeleteObject or SetWindowRgn" are surely called for every
"CreateRectRegion".
But still the memory size increased.

Please help.
