NEVERMIND: RE: [ANNOUNCEMENT] Server Test 68

Oops.  I just discovered that I had a old XWin.exe in a directory that is 
ahead of /usr/X11R6/bin in my path.  I used the full path and all is well!

Sorry for the false alarm.
