Files transfer question

You might want to make sure to dave them in a file format that is supported
by Office XP since it doesn't support Open Office, of course.  Then save it
to a file share that both can access.

Hi All Folks,

I have "cygwin" running on WinXP which is connected to LTSP server.  How 
can I transfer files between them.  To make it more specific :- If I 
have a document created on OpenOffice how can I transfer it to WinXP Office.
