rootless & multiwindow mode & Windows 2000sp1

Barrow,

First of all, you do NOT want to use "run.exe" with "XWin.exe".  run.exe 
is not only not needed, but it in fact is known to cause problems with 
XWin.exe.

-rootless and -multiwindow are mutually exclusive --- you use one or the 
other, but never both.

-emulate3buttons is misspelled.

You should be running without -rootless and yes, there should be a dummy 
root window.
