Ralf's name is already in our change log, but our change log is not in CVS.

I guess I need to show you that you actively took credit for the patch 
again:

The hw/xfree86/CHANGELOG files says:
      XFree86 4.3.99.903 (xx December 2003)
      + 699. Fixes to build/run on cygwin (Thomas Dickey).

Are you saying that you are not going to change that entry from your 
name to Ralf Habacker?  That really is despicable.
