Fonts install in wrong directory

Hello.

I just downloaded the cygwin installer, because I wanted to install
cygwin (who would have thought that? *G*).

Well, I told the installer, to install to C:\cygnus instead of the
default C:\cygwin.  Nonetheless, some files ended up in C:\cygwin, for
example the files from XFree86-fnts and XFree86-f100.
