Hm, okay, I didn't understand it that way.  I looked for a package
called "test", because it says:

Maybe I'm too dumb, but how about a different wording?

Like:

You can install the Test 78 package via setup.exe by selecting version
4.2.0-26 of the XFree86-xserv package.

Or maybe:

You can install the Test 78 package via setup.exe by selecting the
following version of the XFree86-xserv package:		4.2.0-26
