Baseline for patches, was RE: I am back

I've got a few minor patches from the baseline of xoncygwin.
I think Ralf's patches are applied there.
We have got this baseline split due to the new XFree version being trialled
on xoncygwin. 

Shall I submit my changes against xoncygwin or rework them against the
original Test91 release?
