xfree86 cvs

Hi,

When I try to download XFree from cvs I keep getting an error:

$ cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/xoncygwin login
Logging in to :pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:2401/cvsroot/xoncygwin
CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)

Eventually if I keep issuing the command I get through though. Does anyone
else get that? Is this definitely the right cvs?

To download the source I just did:

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/xoncygwin co -r
XFIXES_BRANCH xc

Am I supposed to download anything else because when I do a 'make World' I
keep getting the following error:

gcc -c -O2 -fno-strength-reduce  -Wall -Wpointer-arith  -I.

Not too sure what's going wrong here but I noticed the message 'Target `all'
not remade because of errors.' came up a few times.

Thanks for any help.
