XWin Icon Fidelity

Hi,

Answering my own query (well it is early Sunday morning, who's up!)

I get better fidelity from the existing X.ico if I fudge it 16x16 with:

Can be done in winmultiwindowwindow.c as well.

Build a better .ico you may well say!
