XWin design suggestion (Win32)

Suhaib,
I don't think I need to do all of that adminstrative stuff just yet.
Right now I am looking at this as more of a long-term goal. I will
revive the Win32-X11 project if I ever get some code that compiles.
Until then I will just work on it on my own when I have some time.
