Cutting and pasting to the windows clipboard (X Server)

How do I cut and paste from the windows clipboard when
I'm in X? I know that I can paste to the rxvt console
from the clipboard. I would really like to cut and
paste to my emacs program or any program that is
running in X. Thanks in advance.
