If your comfortable with root privileges, please feel free to use 'sudo' to
create a new project and user accounts for whomever you like.  There are
instructions for doing that at:

	http://freedesktop.org/Main/HowToUse

Note that the 'usradm.sh' script doesn't check the state of the database 
before doing stuff, so creating users twice is a bad idea.
