fonts too small on remote clients

Andrew,

You need to use the "-dpi 100" parameter for XWin.exe.  It is not enough 
to change the order of the fonts in the font path, you have to actually 
tell it to use the 100 dpi fonts by default.

I think this will work in your case, but I could be mistaken.
