New package: xfig-lib-3.2.4-1

This package adds an additional old-style app-defaults symlink file to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11.
There was already an app-defaults symlink from XFree86-lib-4.3.0-1 which got setup via a
postinstall script. So physically we now have an app-defaults and app-defaults.lnk file
under /usr/X11R6/lib/X11. Maybe the one from xfig-lib-3.2.4-1 should be deleted.
