Newbie: GB layout, M$ Natural keyboard does not work

Aha,

That was a useful hint.

Anyhow the interesting bits of Xwin.log are these:

(--) winConfigKeyboard - Layout: "00001809" (00001809) 
(--) Using preset keyboard for "Irish" (1809), type "4"
(++) XKB: model: "microsoft"
(++) XKB: layout: "gb"
Rules = "xorg" Model = "microsoft" Layout = "gb" Variant = "(null)" Options = "(null)"
(EE) Couldn't load XKB keymap, falling back to pre-XKB keymap

Soooo, where should the XKB keymap be, and how do I fix it up?
