Cut and Paste stopped working after re-installation

Folks,

	I recently had to re-install cygwin and cygnome from scratch. Now cut and
paste doesn't work anymore. It has been such a long time since the original
installation that I don't know if I had to make any changes the first time
to get it to work. I apologize, but I could really use some help with this.
I tried using -clipboard as a serverarg in /opt/gnome/bin/startgnome but it
had no effect.
