Where is REXEC in Xorg package?

Hi all,

Yesterday, I removed the XFree86-based Cygwin from my PC and installed 
the new Xorg-based Cygwin.  I had been running a BAT file that used 
REXEC to run a remote startup script on the remote host to save me some 
keystrokes, but it has apparently been left out of the Xorg kit.  Is 
that true, or have I simply missed it?  If I've missed it, how can I 
find and install it?
