Why I get warnings, when I run ddd?

No, this is normal.  The answer is among the lines you quoted.   All you
should have to do is:
	(Annoyed?  Try 'Edit->Preferences->General->Suppress X Warnings'!)

Once you select that option, these warnings should go away.
