missing Xorg DLLs: Setup bug? -- update

Sorry for being obtuse; I managed to install the
"xorg-x11-bin-dlls-6.7.0.0-4.tar.bz2" package by putting it alone in a temp
folder and running Setup on it. Now, "cygX11-6.dll" is indeed in
"C:\cygwin\usr\X11R6\bin". However, the command "startxwin.sh" gives:

         XWin: not found

followed by:

$ xterm Xt error: Can't open display: 127.0.0.1:0.0"

(N.B. No type: the 2nd message was echoed immediately after the "$" prompt
appeared.)
