Problem with Ghostview:bringing X11

Hi,

Now it works,

But i have to add that 

export command everytime when i open cygwin.

I add it on bash.bashrc file and try to do this but
everytime i have to source it or compile it when i
want to run.

Is there any otherway so i dont have to source
bash.bashrc file everytime and it will run gv without
any problem.
