Fatal Error found in cygwin/X

Dear,

When I executed the command /usr/X11R6/bin/XWin.exe

it gave me "A fatal error is occured and Cygwin /X will now exit"

I want to excute the command XWin.exe  -query < IP Address of Linux Server > 
.

Please help me
