New rootless mode

-internalwm is actually -multiwindow?

I'd keep the options (at least their names) for backward compatibility.

BTW: Torrey wanted to change a rootless definition in fb.h

Can you please take a look? I don't think the change will break anything
but I've not the complete insight on the code.
