Is RECORD extension included in cygwins' X server?

Hello dear mailing list participants,
to dat as I know problems with expectk
still persist and as consequence it is
not possible for example to use the 
android tool for automatized GUI
testing. Yesterday, I ran in the tool
called xnee and I would like to compile/port
it for cygwin. The problem is -- I do not know
whether cygwins' X server has the RECORD
extension included or not. That it the question.
