gtk2-x11-devel is missing gdk/gdkwin32.h

OK, thanks.  For now I was able to build lablgtk using gdk/gdkwin32.h, 
so since it works I'll just leave it at that.  But I'm filing your patch 
in case I have to build lablgtk again.
