can't start KDE on FreeBSD from Windows XP

Thanks a lot to you both. I have installed rebase, but the syntax is
actually different from what you describe. With and without a parameter
on the command line, I get usage errors:
$ rebase
usage: rebase -b BaseAddress [-Vdv] [-o Offset] [-T FileList | -] Files...
$ rebase cygz.dll
usage: rebase -b BaseAddress [-Vdv] [-o Offset] [-T FileList | -] Files...
$ rebase -v c:\programfiles\cygwin\bin\cygz.dll
usage: rebase -b BaseAddress [-Vdv] [-o Offset] [-T FileList | -] Files...
My version:
$ rebase -V
rebase version 2.3 (imagehelper version 0.7)
