CygwinX question

Hello,
I am trying to run the GRASS program, but can not get the "x" window to start up
with "startx" command.  Is there an extra download I can add to the Cygwin
setup I have?  I tried to download the cygwinX setup, but it seems I already
have all the packages, except for quite a few Xfree packages that seemed to be
unavailable for installation.  Any suggestions?
