Hello: 
I am running cygwin on Windows ME. I am trying to run xmgrace, but I
get an error message:

Can't open display
Failed initializing GUI

I try to type DISPLAY=localhost:0 or DISPLAY=localhost:0.0, but to no avail 

Any ideas?
