xemacs: segmentation fault after <ctrl-x><ctrl-c>

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem.
Yesterday I upgraded cygwin completely (including 
all xfree packages) to the current versions.
Now when I exit xemacs, it produces the same error 
messages (fatal error(11), segmentation fault), that
Siegmar Gross reported.
My System: Win2000 Pro, SP4, "cygcheck -c" says "OK" 
for all packages.

Is it a bug? Any solution?
