xemacs: segmentation fault after <ctrl-x><ctrl-c>

I've just tried "rebaseall" without options and I get the following
message after a few seconds:

ReBaseImage (/usr/bin/cygexpat-0.dll) failed with last errror = 6

xemacs hasn't changed its behaviour and still reports segmentation fault.
