Cygwin-X shortcuts and installation to "c:\Program Files\cygwin"

It's actually the startup code from either windows or cygwin. It strips until the first
space and leaves us with the remaining parts :( 

I've prepared new packages for X-startup-scripts which should appear on the mirrors 
shortly.
