problems downloading x11 for windows

Hello,

I can't seem to download X11 for windows.

setup.exe seems to want to download setup.bz2

I've tried several sites, and I'm getting the following error message.

(null) line1:syntax error, unxexpected LT, expecting $end in a "parse error"
dialog box.

Any ideas?
