XWin crashes when exiting in W98(SE)

Hi,
Lately I have found the following bug. I have W98(SE) and the
latest XWin and cygwin1.dll snapshot.
I start XWin with "XWin -multiwindow &"
I run any (or none) X program and it works fine.
I close the X programs and everything is OK.
Then I try to close XWin with the Exit button and XWin crashes.
This is what you get from the Windows alert window:
