latest ver, bug reports

What is the latest stable and beta versions of Cygwin/X?  and where do I get the 
beta from?

When I run xwin.exe, i get:
Release: 6.8.2.0-4

Where do I post bug reports for Cygwin/X?

1. When I move a window from one monitor to a 2nd, it doesn't fill in the body 
until I move it back to the first.
