Auto hidden taskbar stays hidden

If you are in WinXP and, I think, past versions of windows, there
is an option on the task-bar properties page right under the
Auto-hide checkbox to "Keep taskbar on top of other windows".
That must also be checked to keep the taskbar's "single-hidden line"
on top, so it can catch your mouse movement.

Might also try pressing the "Windows" key to see if the menu pops
up (should also bring up task bar) or ctrl-ESC (same as single press
of windows key, but can't be used as a modal- or shifted- "Windows
key).

Other than that, it could be an option, bug or feature for those who
might want a completely "X" desktop, I suppose....;^).
