Running X Server

Hi,
I was trying to run X server after my I have intalled
the cygwin.
I have chosen to install 'all' the packages.
In order to run the X server I have typed in the
following command:
/usr/X11R6/bin/startx
After typing that command,I am getting the following
error msg.
