Uh, did you try doing what the error suggests, searching your system for
cygwin DLLs?  Because that error means that two incompatible versions of
the DLL are both trying to be used at the same time, which will not
work.

Also, please send your cygcheck output as requested in
<http://cygwin.com/problems.html>.
