x windows can't start up

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am a new in cygwin. I installed the xwindows but it
can't start up. I got a fatal error. I attached the
xwin.log with this e_mail.

The problem is

Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'

I tried the troubleshooting here:
http://x.cygwin.com/docs/faq/cygwin-x-faq.html#q-error-font-eof

The problem is I typed "mount" in cygwin shell:
"running mount from a Cygwin shell and checking the
disk path returned for the /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts
mount point"

result is: nothing about /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts go
out

type "umount /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts"

output is "no this file or dictionary"

go to reinstall the fonts, after finished still can't
start. Please help me! Thank you!
