-silent-dup-error for XWin.exe not working

The latest version of XWin.exe that I got today is not recognizing the
-silent-dup-error switch.  The version I am running is 6.8.99.901-4 The
previous version, 6.8.2.0-4 did not have this issue.  Is this a known
issue?  Is there a fix in the works?
