Failure of XWin -multiwindow -clipboard in W98

I finally got this to work.  I start cygwin-X with
startx 
and the key was also include the -emulate3buttons
option
because I have a Logitech Mouse with stupid Mouseware
stuff bound to the wheel which won't honor the Paste binding.
