problem starting - startxwin

I get a similar "fatal error" as described below that asks me to submit this 
to your email address.  I didn't see a solution online, so I thought I'd 
better submit the error.
My /tmp/XWin.log is also attached below.
I am using release 6.8.99.901-4 in Windows XP SP2 with only Windows Firewall 
running.
